Job Description:

Head of IT Operations | Head of IT | Head of Infrastructure Operations | Head of IT Delivery

Location: Worcestershire

Oculus Technology Solutions has partnered with a leading business that is investing in its IT estate, offering an opportunity for a talented Head of IT Operations to join their team.

Reporting to the CTO, you will oversee the daily operations of the department, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve, and leading the development and execution of ongoing strategies.

The successful candidate will be experienced in leading teams, hands-on when necessary, and committed to best practices and departmental excellence.

Key Skills:

• Focus on continuous innovation and improvement
• Experience with the Microsoft suite
• Knowledge of VMWare & Azure
• Previous leadership of high-performing IT teams
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders
• Mentoring and developing team members
• Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks

This role is based in Worcestershire, full-time, with a salary up to £90,000 plus bonus and benefits.
