Working with international brands across consumer goods, luxury, lifestyle, sports and entertainment, the agency delivers influencer marketing, social media strategy, content creation and digital campaigns.
This is a senior leadership position with genuine commercial responsibility. You'll take ownership of existing influencer programmes, including campaigns with multimillion-pound annual budgets, while developing new partnerships and driving international growth.

You'll have a proven track record of managing large-scale influencer campaigns, ideally with seven-figure annual budgets, alongside experience leading teams and developing commercially successful partnerships.
An established network of industry relationships is particularly important. You'll be well-connected across brands, influencers, talent agencies and senior marketing decision-makers, with the ability to turn those relationships into commercial opportunities.
You'll be commercially minded, confident negotiating high-value agreements and comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Experience working with major consumer brands, luxury, lifestyle, entertainment or sports would be particularly valuable, especially if you have existing relationships within professional sport.
Above all, you'll have the ambition to build and lead a growing department, combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach to commercial growth.
