Job summary

East Kent Colleges Group in Ashford seeks a Head of Inclusive Learning (support) to join EKC Ashford College. You will develop an inclusive learning support service and manage day-to-day provision, ensuring support is integrated with the curriculum to enhance learner success.

The role requires visionary leadership, experience supporting learners with additional needs, and the ability to inspire, coach and develop staff. A teaching qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Background in education with experience supporting learners with additional needs.
• Understanding of Educational and Health Care Plan management (EHCP).
• Teaching qualification is desirable and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop an inclusive learning support service that promotes learner independence.
• Take day-to-day responsibility for provision management and curriculum integration.
• Inspire, lead, coach and develop staff to improve outcomes for all learners.
