You will lead Transition and Pastoral Support Coaches, partner with curriculum, safeguarding and ALS teams, and use data to identify priorities and deliver measurable

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a strong, consistent and ambitious approach to inclusion across SHCG.
• Oversee Transition and Pastoral Support Coaches to ensure joined-up learner support.
• Drive improvements in attendance, engagement, belonging, resilience and learner success.
• Embed inclusive practice across curriculum, safeguarding, ALS and student experience.
• Champion professional development to translate our commitment to inclusion into everyday practice.
