Salford is recruiting for a Head of Inclusion with responsibility for leading the Learning Support department and a team of Inclusion Support Assistants. You will drive personalised support for learners with SEND and EHCPs, removing barriers to learning and helping students reach their potential.

The role emphasises safeguarding, staff development, and shaping an inclusive college community that values every learner and facilitates their success.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in education settings.
• Experience working with SEND, EHCPs and inclusion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Learning Support department, guiding staff and ISAs.
• Ensure learners with SEND receive tailored, high-quality support.
• Champion inclusive practice across the college to support every learner.
