Job summary

EQL Tech, operating as frontier talent, seeks a Head of Impact to lead education/philanthropy efforts in London, blending strategy, fundraising, governance, and product collaboration with AI-enabled delivery models for under-resourced schools.

You will set strategy with the CEO and trustees, build major funding relationships, and ensure robust governance and financial controls as the program scales across partnerships and technology delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build and pitch funding propositions that move money
• Experience writing and presenting funding strategies to boards and funders
• Strong governance and financial discipline to keep ambition aligned with books
• Proven ability to design impact delivery models, including AI-enabled approaches

Responsibilities

• Set the Fund's strategy with CEO and Trustees
• Develop and manage funder relationships from scratch
• Design impact delivery and AI-enabled programs in schools
• Oversee governance, treasury, and audit prep end-to-end
• Own financial controls and VAT processes
• Build and scale a small team
