Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to own Tier 1 HR support across Europe, manage data integrity for payroll, and drive process automation within Workday and ServiceNow.

You will lead a team across multiple countries (UK, FR, DE, ES, IT, NL, BE) with a focus on scaling the HR operating model, maintaining SLAs, and delivering excellent employee experiences while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an operational HR services function with multi-site accountability across EMEA.
• Proven line management with focus on performance, development and process improvement.
• Experience implementing new technologies and harmonising multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Tier 1 HR support data integrity feeding payroll and reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with PX Consultants, in-house Legal, Payroll, Global Mobility and COEs.
• Scope HR Operations across Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, UK, Ireland) and drive service adoption.
• Coach and train team members to enable scale and knowledge sharing.
• Present KPI reports and project updates to leadership and drive continuous improvement.
