Head of HR Lead Strategic People Initiatives & HRIS Transformation (12-Month FTC)

As Head of HR UK & Ireland, you ll take the lead on implementing a new HRIS while strengthening a high-impact people strategy. Responsibilities Head of HR

• Lead the delivery, optimisation, and adoption of a new HRIS platform across the UK business.
  
• Partner with senior leadership to align the people strategy with business growth plans.
  
• Oversee UK HR operations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.
  
• Drive reward, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives that elevate culture.

About You Head of HR

• 10+ years in senior HR roles with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  
• Proven experience leading or supporting HRIS implementation and optimisation.
  
• Expert in UK employment law, strategic HR planning, and performance management.
  
• Strong analytical and project management skills to deliver data-led people solutions.
  
• CIPD-qualified or equivalent is desirable.
