Head of HR UK & Ireland, you ll take the lead on implementing a new HRIS while strengthening a high-impact people strategy. Responsibilities Head of HR- Lead the delivery, optimisation, and adoption of a new HRIS platform across the UK business.
- Partner with senior leadership to align the people strategy with business growth plans.
- Oversee UK HR operations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Drive reward, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives that elevate culture.
- Guide talent, succession, and workforce planning to support long-term capability.
About You Head of HR- 10+ years in senior HR roles with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience leading or supporting HRIS implementation and optimisation.
- Expert in UK employment law, strategic HR planning, and performance management.
- Strong analytical and project management skills to deliver data-led people solutions.
- CIPD-qualified or equivalent is desirable.
