Qualifikationen

• Experience coaching hockey with children or young people.
• Relevant hockey coaching qualification or equivalent coaching experience.
• Sound technical and tactical knowledge to plan sessions and develop a school programme.
• Ability to lead and work with colleagues, pupils and parents.

Aufgaben

• Lead hockey programme within the School’s sport priorities and set development objectives.
• Develop hockey across age groups with progression from introduction to team performance.
• Review programme each season using participation and progress data to improve practice.
• Lead and encourage staff, share ideas and provide constructive coaching feedback.
