Job summary

The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) seeks an exceptional Head of Higher Education to lead strategic development across its Higher Education portfolio and shape the future of dance education. Reporting to the Deputy Artistic Director - Education, you will drive programme development, governance, student outcomes, and partnerships, while nurturing academic excellence and industry engagement.

• Champion student outcomes and academic achievement.
• Provide leadership to the Higher Education Team and wider organisation.
