Position: Head of HSQE

Location: Nottingham (hybrid)

Salary: £60,000 + car allowance

Exciting Career Opportunity: Reporting to the Associate Director, this role involves providing advice and guidance to the Heads of Service and the board of Directors. You will be responsible for the operational direction of the HSQE teams within the group, ensuring compliance with ISO Standards, Health & Safety at Work, Environmental legislation, and more. We seek someone to own this role, developing and promoting the Health and Safety and Risk Management services to clients and achieving business plan targets.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience and Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in a senior role within a large organization (>1000 employees), NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, project management qualification (desirable), RICS or CMIOSH (desirable).
• Industry expertise: Knowledge of ISO standards, health & safety legislation, governance, audit management, environmental/sustainability experience (advantageous).
• Interpersonal skills: Effective leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills at senior levels.

Salary: £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance

Hybrid working from Ipswich offices
