Job summary

EMBS Engineering is partnering with a UK decommissioning business to source a Head of Growth to lead management, growth and strategic development of key accounts.

This senior, client-facing role combines technical credibility in the decommissioning market with commercial acumen to secure new business and shape a long-term growth plan. You will travel between UK offices and client sites, with eligibility for UK Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering business growth in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of the UK nuclear decommissioning sector.
• Experience leading cross-functional bids and tender processes.
• Degree in Business, Nuclear or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a five-year strategic growth plan for the Decommissioning sector.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, partners and Government bodies.
• Identify and lead opportunities from engagement to tender submission.
• Shape winning bid strategies with technical, commercial and financial teams.
• Maintain a sales forecast pipeline to support sector budget planning.
• Champion development of new accounts and long-term partnerships.
• Travel regularly between UK offices and client sites; UK Security Clearance eligible.
