Job summary

London Energy Startup is seeking a Head of Growth to own the growth strategy from day one. You will lead growth marketing metrics and the growth team, oversee customer retargeting, SEO, and content distribution (largely outsourced).

You will define a scalable growth function, manage a junior marketer from day one, and enjoy 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and an early equity stake, with a £45k pay package.

My client, an exciting energy startup based in London, is looking for a Head of Growth.

You will be taking ownership of the growth strategy. The initial areas of focus are:

• Overseeing growth marketing metrics and team
• Customer retargeting (display, telesales, email)
• SEO
• Content writing (though the majority would be outsourced) and distribution
• Referral programmes

They are looking for a smart and driven individual with around 3 years experiencing in the growth and marketing space, preferably with a strong academic background, who wants to grow a successful business with them.
