O'Neils Recruitment in Leeds is seeking a senior Head of Insights & Growth Strategy to turn data into business opportunities. This commercial role shapes strategy, uncovers growth opportunities and influences decisions through data-led storytelling.

You will lead the insights team, translating performance and market data into actionable recommendations, working with senior stakeholders and driving reporting improvements. Hybrid working with HQ in Leeds and remote options.

Qualifications

• Strong background in insights, analytics, retail media, FMCG or digital marketing.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Commercially astute with the ability to influence at senior level.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development of insights, analytics and strategic recommendations across the business
• Translate data into compelling stories that influence decision-making
• Support media planning and measurement strategies to maximise performance
• Drive improvements in reporting, analytics processes and automation
• Monitor market trends and identify emerging opportunities
• Manage and develop a small high-performing team
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
