No Limits, based in Southampton, seeks a Head of Development and Engagement to lead fundraising, communications, engagement and growth strategies. You will report to the Director of Finance and Development and guide the Fundraising and Development Manager and Marketing/Communications Lead.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on development of bids, tenders and income-generation activities, building partnerships and expanding the organisation's income and profile.

Formación

• Significant experience leading fundraising, development, engagement, marketing or communications with a track record of growing income.
• Experience delivering organisational or growth strategies and turning opportunities into sustainable income.
• Proven success securing funding through bids, tenders, grants and business cases.
• Ability to use impact data to demonstrate outcomes and inform decisions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership across fundraising, communications, engagement, marketing and organisational growth.
• Lead development and delivery of integrated fundraising and growth strategies to increase income and influence.
• Collaborate with operations, finance and impact teams to identify growth opportunities and translate evidence into compelling cases.
• Lead pipeline development, bids, tenders and income-generation activities.
• Support and develop the Fundraising and Development Manager and Marketing/Communications Lead.
