Job summary

Community Base is seeking a fundraising and engagement leader to turn priorities into focused activities. You will lead the engagement team, grow relationships with supporters and businesses, and oversee campaigns, events and day-to-day communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or line-managing staff and delivering shared objectives.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with supporters, businesses or partners that drive fundraising.
• Experience planning and delivering fundraising, campaigns, events or communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines with high-quality delivery.
• Experience using budgets, targets and performance data to monitor progress.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage relationships and fundraising activity.
• Ability to work across teams to deliver organisational objectives.
