Job summary

South West Community Chaplaincy in London Hybrid is seeking a Fundraising Growth Transformation Lead on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting to the Director of Engagement & Fundraising, you will lead the programme management and delivery of an ambitious fundraising growth strategy that aims to boost income and engagement while driving organisational change.

The role offers a visible leadership position with autonomy and requires extensive experience in cross‑organisational

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex cross‑organisational transformation or programme management initiatives with strategic and financial impact.
Strong experience managing change programmes focused on performance improvement, culture, processes and organisational effectiveness.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to hold senior leaders and workstream owners to account without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Lead the programme management and delivery of an ambitious fundraising growth strategy to increase income, engagement and organisational benefits.
Ensure strategic investment, organisational change and improvement translate into measurable income and engagement.
Provide senior leadership with visibility and accountability across workstreams and delivery milestones.
