Role Snapshot:
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Growth to drive our business development strategy and client growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and converting inbound leads, developing outbound sales and referral strategies, and enhancing collaboration between sales and marketing.
This role will play a key part in optimizing our go-to-market strategy, refining CRM automation, and shaping lead generation content to accelerate customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales within the R2R, recruitment or RecTech sector, with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, business development, and growth strategy. This role offers significant international travel opportunities (USA), and long-term potential to build and lead a team.

What you will be responsible for:
● Owning inbound lead management & conversion – converting leads from paid & organic marketing channels and referrals into high-value customers.
● Developing and executing outbound growth strategies – leveraging direct outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships to drive new business.
● Enhancing sales & marketing collaboration – working closely with marketing to refine lead gen strategies, CRM automation, and customer engagement content.
● Optimizing the prospect lifecycle – identifying opportunities to improve conversion, nurturing prospects through content-driven engagement.
● Building and scaling the function – long-term, growing a high-performing team to drive business growth at scale.
● Engaging in international expansion – traveling to key global markets (USA) to expand our footprint and drive growth.
● Empowering recruitment entrepreneurs – supporting ambitious recruiters in launching and scaling their own businesses.
Please apply if you have:
● 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales (ideally in R2R, recruitment or RecTech).
● Proven success in lead conversion, outbound sales, and business development.
● Excellent networking, relationship-building, and sales execution skills.
● A data-driven approach to sales optimization and CRM automation.
● A fascination with sales automation, AI and sales tech.
● A keen interest in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business growth strategy.
● A proactive, ambitious mindset with a hunger to build and scale a high-impact function.
