A seed-funded Web3 start-up, founded by builders behind two of the world’s best-known consumer tech brands, is creating a self-custodial wallet for everyday saving, spending and earning. Eight senior operators are in place, early retention is strong, and the next step is scaling from thousands to millions of funded wallets.

The impact you’ll make

Design and run paid and organic campaigns across Twitter / X, Google UAC, Reddit and micro-influencers.

Kill under-performing tests, double down on winners, and report weekly on CAC and payback.

Build a light growth stack: analytics, creatives, agencies and freelancers.

Guide a Social Media Manager; align content with performance goals.

Land press, partnerships and referral loops with fintech and crypto brands.

What you bring

Evidence you sit in the top 10 % of growth or performance marketers—show the numbers.

Hands-on skill with paid social, ad platforms and funnel optimisation.

Comfort switching between strategy and execution in a lean team.

Authentic interest in crypto, wallets or DeFi.

Nice-to-have

Experience at a wallet, exchange, neobank or mobile-gaming studio.

Agency or creator-management track record.
