The Growth Foundation is seeking a commercially minded Head of Growth to own demand generation for its technology solution in the eCommerce space. This senior IC role reports to the founder and focuses on building a scalable growth engine across paid channels, content, and site optimization.
You will own the metrics, run experiments, and translate insights into actions that drive qualified pipeline and customer acquisition.
Location: London Full time or Remote
Salary: £90,000–£110,000 per year
An ambitious technology business serving the eCommerce market is looking for a commercially minded, highly analytical Head of Growth. This is an opportunity to build a demand-generation function, test your ideas and take ownership of the results.
You’ll market a technology solution to decision-makers within eCommerce businesses, rather than consumers. The objective is clear: generate qualified pipeline that converts into paying business customers.
Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll own growth strategy and execution across paid acquisition, content, positioning and website conversion.
This is a senior individual contributor role, not a position focused solely on managing a team. You’ll need to move comfortably between analysing performance, setting priorities and getting campaigns live.
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial judgement with analytical depth: someone who questions assumptions, identifies where the funnel is underperforming and uses evidence to decide what to test, improve or stop.
You’ll have the scope to shape how growth happens, rather than simply maintain an existing marketing plan. Your analysis will inform priorities, your experiments will influence investment, and your work will have a direct connection to commercial performance.
For someone who has helped a business scale and wants a hands‑on role with meaningful ownership, this is an opportunity to put that experience to work.
Our client is an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. Applications will be assessed on relevant skills, experience and suitability for the role.
