This is a new role, working directly with the CEO, offering an exciting opportunity to shape effective policies and processes during a time of organizational change.
This position is ideal for an experienced governance professional seeking their next challenge. If you have expertise in governance, providing strategic and administrative support to boards and committees, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements, we would like to hear from you.
You will report directly to the CEO and support the board and its committees on corporate governance and compliance issues. There is also an opportunity to assist with strategy development and organizational performance management.
A thorough understanding of corporate governance and experience advising boards and executive leaders are essential.

Attendance at all board and committee meetings, and other essential meetings, is mandatory.
