Job summary

Fairmont Southampton seeks a Golf Manager to lead the golf department, delivering exceptional experiences for members, resort guests and visitors. You will report to the Director of Leisure & Recreation and drive daily operations, guest engagement and team development to uphold luxury standards.

You will manage tee-times, course conditions with the superintendent, and collaborate across departments to grow revenue while maintaining outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in golf operations or luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Post-secondary education in Golf Management, Hospitality, or related field is assets or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf department operations and guest touchpoints to luxury standards.
• Lead, coach and develop the Golf team for service excellence.
• Coordinate golf tournaments, group outings and events with other departments.
• Support revenue, expense, and profitability goals for the golf operation.
• Ensure course, shop, practice areas and clubhouse meet brand standards.
