Job summary

Mary’s Meals is seeking a values-driven Director of Programme Development to lead global programme evolution, ensuring evidence-led impact and alignment with strategic priorities. You will oversee design, research, policy, learning and measurement, turning insights into action across our worldwide movement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development of Mary's Meals programmes aligned with priorities and global growth.
• Drive programme quality, innovation and learning using evidence to maximise impact.
• Oversee programme frameworks, policies and country strategies and ensure effective practice.
• Champion research, impact measurement and organisational learning to inform decisions.
• Lead the development of innovation approaches and pilot evidence-led directions.
