Job summary

Mary's Meals International (MMI) seeks a values-driven leader to join as Director of Programme Management. Reporting to our Chief Programmes Officer, you will lead the management, governance and performance of Mary's Meals programmes globally, ensuring delivery aligns with priorities and quality standards.

Collaborating with Country Directors, partner organisations and colleagues across MMI, you will guide programme planning, budgets, risk management, grants and organisational effectiveness to

• Extensive experience in international development and programme management.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into delivery with governance and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and collaboration across diverse cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, governance and stewardship of Mary's Meals programmes globally, ensuring delivery aligns with priorities and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Programme Management team, Country Directors and partners, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Oversee programme planning, budgeting, risk management, grants and organisational effectiveness for sustainable impact.
• Coordinate Programme with other functions to deliver shared priorities and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee grants, reporting and donor stewardship, ensuring accountability and learning.
• Champion data-driven decision making and programme performance management.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives and organisational transformation to strengthen programme effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders at a senior level.
