IQVIA Language Solutions is seeking a Head of Sales to build and lead a high-performing sales organization that accelerates growth across global life sciences clients. You will set the sales strategy, own the team quota and drive complex enterprise deals from pursuit to contract.

You will recruit and coach a top-tier sales team, partner with cross-functional teams, and establish executive relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and CRO customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership with enterprise sales responsibility.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue targets in complex markets.
• Deep knowledge of localization, life sciences tech, or related services.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the sales strategy across priority markets and accounts.
• Own and exceed the team’s bookings, revenue and margin targets.
• Recruit, coach and retain a high-performing enterprise sales team.
• Drive pipeline governance, forecasting and performance management.
• Build trusted executive relationships with customers in pharma, biotech, medical devices, CROs.
• Collaborate with IQVIA functions to craft integrated opportunities.
• Lead pursuit strategy from sponsor engagement to contracting and handover.
• Ensure CRM quality and disciplined opportunity management.
• Represent IQVIA Language Solutions in executive engagements and forums.
• Provide customer, market and competitive insights to shape GTM priorities.
