Job summary

Little Miracles Charity in Peterborough is seeking a Head of Income Generation to lead and develop a sustainable fundraising strategy. You will drive growth across multiple streams, build strong relationships with supporters, funders and partners, and report on performance against income targets and budgets.

You will join the senior leadership team, shape the charity's funding roadmap, and manage a fundraising team to deliver high-impact results for families across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of generating income and developing fundraising strategies.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing fundraising teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement income generation strategy.
• Identify and secure new fundraising opportunities.
• Lead and develop the fundraising team.
• Build partnerships with trusts, foundations, corporate supporters and major donors.
• Monitor performance against income targets and budgets.
• Produce compelling funding applications, proposals and presentations.
• Work collaboratively across the organisation to support future growth plans.
