Job summary

Clarus Education is seeking an experienced Head of School for Foundation to lead strategically and operationally for learners with mild to complex needs, ensuring inclusive, high-quality provision and outstanding learner outcomes. You will guide a team across full-time and part-time programmes, driving teaching, learning and assessment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification
• GCSE maths and English at grade C/4 or equivalent
• Full teaching qualification recognised by FE sector (Level 5)

• Drive excellence in teaching, learning and assessment
