You will embed a rigorous end-to-end menu development process with a strong focus on profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will drive nutrition and allergen information workflows, maintain high standards for food quality, and guide the innovation pipeline across multiple brands.

• Lead a Food team to develop a robust end-to-end menu development process.
• Drive nutrition, allergen info and customer-facing documentation with clarity.
• Oversee innovation pipeline, renovate core dishes and spot new trends.
• Organise chef councils to align briefs with brand strategy and category targets.
• Collaborate with procurement to secure supply at best price while reducing waste.
• Manage annual food budget and measure RoI on menu investments.
