Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to oversee busy services and lead a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standards. You will drive coaching, maintain quality, and uphold brand excellence across all shifts.

You'll take the reins, communicate clearly to deliver outstanding meals on time, lead with a focus on hygiene and allergen controls, and adapt to fast-paced challenges while supporting your staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a busy kitchen and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistently excellent meals.
• Proficient English (spoken and written) for safety and allergen controls.
