We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Food & Beverage to join a growing, family-run garden centre group in Worcestershire. You’ll take the lead across multiple restaurants and seasonal events, driving both the guest experience and the commercial success of the business.

Responsibilities as the Head of Food & Beverage…
  • Overseeing five restaurants and seasonal event catering, ensuring consistently high standards across front and back of house.
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring restaurant managers, chefs, and FOH teams to deliver outstanding hospitality and achieve commercial targets.
  • Driving menu development with a focus on fresh, seasonal produce, creating dishes that balance classics with modern twists.
  • Managing budgets, P&L, and supplier contracts to deliver growth and profitability.
  • Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, including strong mystery diner results and 5-star food safety ratings.
