Job summary

NATS Ltd, based in Whiteley, Hampshire, is seeking a Head of Reporting to lead the production of internal financial reporting across the Group. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise and commercial insight to drive performance and compliant reporting for stakeholders from managers to the Board.

The postholder will shape the reporting function, set standards and manage a reporting team, while engaging with external auditors and the regulator as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience in internal financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with ability to translate data into insight.
• Excellent written commentary on financial performance.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Experience with ERP accounting and reporting systems (Oracle, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead the timely production of internal financial reporting for the Group.
• Shape and deliver the next generation of internal financial reporting.
• Set and improve internal reporting standards and consistency.
• Lead, coach and develop the Reporting team while driving performance.
• Collaborate across Finance and the business to explain drivers of performance.
