The package will be tailored to be attractive, fair, and commensurate with your contribution. This could be a basic salary in the range of £80k to £120k.
You’ll be fairly compensated if you can bring a client book with you, though it’s not a requirement.
Based at their offices in Mayfair, they find they get the best commitment by meeting clients on site.
If you have a non-compete agreement, we will help you work through this to ensure there are no issues.
