Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Private Wealth Management

As the Head of FP&A, you will be pivotal in shaping the financial trajectory of our wealth management offering, focusing on unit economics, customer profitability, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and lead the financial planning strategy for the Private Wealth Management division, ensuring alignment with OakNorth's overall business objectives.
2. Analyze and optimize unit economics, focusing on metrics such as revenue per client, cost-to-serve, and client lifetime value to drive profitability.
3. Oversee the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
4. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the division, including AUM growth, client acquisition costs, and retention rates.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Compliance, to align financial strategies with business initiatives.
6. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

1. 8+ years in financial planning and analysis within the wealth management sector.
2. Expertise in financial modeling, pricing, customer P&L, and forecasting.
3. Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, including FCA guidelines and MiFID II.
4. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
5. Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-departmental projects.
