Job Overview

Are you a qualified accountant with 3-5 years of commercial finance experience? Do you have experience working within a PE-backed business or a company that has gone through rapid scale-up? Are you immediately available and seeking a prominent commercial role in the market?

We are partnered with a leading, well-established PE-backed FinTech firm seeking a Senior FP&A Manager for a 6-month contract. The company specializes in FX and payment solutions, serving global clients with billions processed annually, with plans to exit and IPO in the coming years. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting their growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with SLT/C-Suite stakeholders to meet financial targets.
• Strategy & Operations: Advise on cost optimization, revenue growth opportunities, and explore new markets with insights.
• Financial Modelling: Develop revenue and productivity models, dashboards for insights.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances, providing insights to the C-Suite.
• Business Partnering: Work cross-functionally, communicate progress, risks, and alerts to senior management.

About You

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CAANZ/CA with 5+ years of commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modelling skills, able to build models from scratch.
• Experience working with C-Suite and in a PE-backed, scale-up environment.
• Proficient with FP&A tools such as Anaplan or Workday.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
