Job Description:

Camino Search are excited to be partnering with an investor-backed technology business. The business is well established, has recently received further investment, and has seen phenomenal growth. They are looking to expand their commercial finance team with a FP&A Manager to support growth and future acquisitions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a qualified, ambitious FP&A Manager to contribute to financial growth and potentially advance to a Head of position. You will report directly to the FD and support the team in delivering financial analysis and management information to aid strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning the annual budgeting process, analysis, and cash flow management
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive KPIs
• Creating dashboards and financial models to support decision-making
• Supporting new business initiatives with financial and strategic analysis

Essential background:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous FP&A experience
• Experience in Financial Services / FinTech
