Rathbones Plc seeks a senior leader to head the Group Financial Analysis, Insight & Data team in the UK. You will oversee the production of key management information, including FUMA and net flows, and ensure reporting quality, accuracy and timeliness.

You will partner with client-facing and senior leaders, drive commercial analysis, governance of data, and lead improvements in reporting processes while developing the team to sustain high performance.

Formación

• Experience leading a finance analysis team and delivering accurate management information.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to link financial data to business decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Financial Analysis, Insight & Data team with clear priorities and delivery.
• Develop processes for timely production of management information (FUMA, net flows).
• Lead commercial analysis and business partnering for key Group areas.
• Provide analysis to support strategic decisions and opportunities.
• Oversee pricing and remuneration analysis to inform commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with Group Data team on governance and controls.
• Manage ad hoc reporting and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead annual performance reviews and team development.
