Job summary

Rathbones is seeking a qualified accountant to support the Head of Strategic Costs Insight in Liverpool. The role involves delivering insight-led reporting on cost performance and identifying cost-optimisation opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have strong financial analysis skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the Finance team, driving continuous improvement initiatives and preparing Executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in synergy tracking and modelling.
• Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial analysis experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Support provision of high-quality reporting on cost performance.
• Challenge cost owners on incurred costs and delivery of savings.
