Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique à Londres recherche un Head of Finance Systems Manager pour un contrat de 6 à 9 mois, avec possibilité de CDI. Vous serez en charge de définir la stratégie des systèmes financiers et de leader une petite équipe pour moderniser la fonction finance via des technologies avancées. Ce rôle hybride nécessite une expérience approfondie en technologie EPM et une bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP, en garantissant la conformité aux régulations SOX.

Qualifications

• Expérience étendue dans les systèmes financiers et la technologie EPM.
• Capacité à diriger une petite équipe.
• Bonne compréhension des réglementations SOX et des meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

Responsibilities

• Définir et mettre en œuvre l'architecture des systèmes financiers.
• Diriger et développer l'équipe des systèmes financiers.
• Assurer conformité avec les politiques internes et les réglementations.

I have recently partnered with a company based in London to find a Head of Finance Systems on a 6-9 month FTC. After the FTC, there is a chance you could be offered a full time role. The role is also hybrid with 2 days a week in the office.

As the Head of Finance Systems Manager, you will lead the development of the long-term finance systems strategy, identifying opportunities to transform and modernise the finance function through technology.

Responsibilities are as followed:

• Define and implement the finance systems architecture and strategic roadmap.
• Lead and develop the finance systems team, ensuring their work supports overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX regulations, and industry best practices in finance and technology.
• Oversee the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance systems to align with evolving business needs.

They are looking for someone with extensive experience working with EPM technology whilst managing a small team. And understanding of ERP technology is also important.
