Job summary

Daytona is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial reporting, budgeting and control across the group. Reporting to the CEO, you will deliver timely financial information, oversee cashflow and capital expenditure, and provide strategic insight to senior leadership.

This hands-on role requires a qualified finance professional with a track record in multi-site leisure or hospitality, strong analytical skills and the ability to influence decision-making at the highest level.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Leads finance in a multi-site leisure, hospitality, retail or visitor attraction business.
• Strong technical capability in reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Commercial minded with ability to turn data into practical insights.
• Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented.
• Enjoys owning financial performance and speed of decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead Group financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Deliver accurate management accounts, financial analysis and performance reporting.
• Maintain reliable forecasts for revenue, EBITDA, cashflow and capex.
• Ensure contracts, leases, commitments and cost changes are reflected in reports.
• Provide meaningful financial insight and challenge to drive performance.
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to support decision-making.
