Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a high-impact Controllership Leader to drive financial integrity and transformation within the Business Services Centre. You will lead a sizeable, diverse team and partner with senior Finance stakeholders to enable better business decisions.

Role focuses on standardisation, automation and delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation and finance transformation initiatives across multiple units, including Food, Fashion, Home & Beauty, and Digital & Technology.

Qualifications

• Senior financial control experience in a large, complex environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and directing audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead controllership across multiple business units with a large team.
• Partner with Finance Directors and senior leaders to ensure financial integrity.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement, incl. SAP S/4HANA
• Oversee internal and external audit relationships and controls.
