Job summary

Marks & Spencer plc seeks a strategic transformation leader to drive end-to-end initiatives across operations, customer, and technology, aligning with the Store Transformation plan and Central Store Operations priorities.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape roadmaps, manage governance, and deliver programmes that improve performance, colleague experience and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes across operations, customer, technology or organisational change.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable transformation plans, roadmaps and operating models.
• Experience with governance, stage gates, planning, risk management and sustainable implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives from diagnosis through benefits realisation in alignment with Store Transformation priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape roadmaps and ensure initiatives meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage governance, stakeholder alignment and delivery across interconnected projects.
