Job summary

Marks & Spencer Plc is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with senior leaders, delivering financial insight and strategic support across a portfolio of investments and transformation programmes including Data & AI, Sparks, Loyalty and Financial Services.

You’ll drive budgeting, forecasting and planning, ensuring clear visibility of performance, risks and opportunities, while championing strong governance and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial finance, business partnering or strategic investment support within a large, fast-paced organisation.
• Strong relationship builder with senior stakeholders and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner leadership teams with financial insight and strategic support for long-term goals.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning across functions with clear visibility of performance and investment priorities.
• Evaluate investment proposals and business cases with robust assumptions and ROI.
