Acuity Associates is seeking a Head of Finance for a profitable UK manufacturing business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the finance function and drive financial and commercial decisions to improve margins and support growth.

With turnover around £10m, this hands-on leadership role requires strong product costing and margins expertise and a track record of influencing operational decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll shape financial and commercial decisions and improve manufacturing performance.
• Help the business achieve its growth ambitions through robust financial insight.
• Work with the MD and operational leadership, strengthening systems and processes underpinning future growth.
• Manufacturing finance experience, particularly around product costing and margins, in a hands-on entrepreneurial environment.
• Confidential discussions for a path towards an FD role.
• We’re interested in speaking with experienced Manufacturing Financial Controllers or Heads of Finance for greater ownership.

Head of Finance | £85,000–£95,000 + (DOE) + Bonus

An opportunity for an ambitious manufacturing finance leader to take ownership of the finance function within a highly profitable, privately owned UK manufacturing business, with a genuine opportunity to progress towards the number-one Finance Director position.

With turnover of approximately £10m, strong profitability and ambitious growth plans, the business is entering an exciting stage of its development.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a central role in shaping financial and commercial decisions, improving manufacturing performance and helping the business achieve its growth ambitions.

This is a role with genuine influence.

You'll work closely with the MD and operational leadership team, providing the financial insight needed to improve margins, support investment decisions and strengthen the systems and processes underpinning future growth.

We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced Manufacturing Financial Controllers who are ready for greater ownership, as well as established Heads of Finance looking for a more commercially influential role.

You'll need strong manufacturing finance experience, particularly around product costing and margins, alongside the confidence to operate in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
