Overview

An exciting opportunity to drive Gabriel’s ambitious growth journey in the UK.

Role overview: We are seeking a visionary and proactive Head of Field Sales to lead our UK sales team. You will be responsible for developing Gabriel’s market position, managing and motivating Field Sales Managers, and strengthening relationships with key industry manufacturers, architects, designers, and dealers.

Key responsibilities
  • Brand Representation: Represent Gabriel’s brand, identify new market and customer potentials, and support visits to industry manufacturers, architects, designers, and dealers.
  • Sales & Customer Training: Drive sales and customer training activities, focusing on the Central London Market.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop Field Sales Managers in London, ensuring high performance and growth.
  • Network Development: Expand and nurture Gabriel’s network within the architect and interior design community, promoting our fabrics and solutions.
  • Showroom Activities: Plan and execute customer presentations, events, and training in our London showroom, ensuring it is a hub for industry engagement.
  • Product Expertise: Be an expert in Gabriel’s brands and products, providing first-class advice and value-creating solutions.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Director and global sales team to align strategies and share best practices.

You will work from our London Showroom, reporting to the Sales Director, UK & Ireland, and collaborating closely with Gabriel’s global sales team.
