Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of a field engineering or connections operation in telecoms or utilities.
• Track record of delivering connection, productivity, cost and quality targets at scale.
• Experience shaping contractor or partner models with contract management.
• Budget ownership and resourcing model creation.

Responsibilities

• Set field engineering strategy and annual plan to meet targets.
• Own resourcing model for direct labour and partners.
• Maintain safety culture and leadership in field teams.
• Provide senior reporting on performance, risks and decisions.
