Job summary

Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an exceptional leader to become Head of Faculty for English, Maths & ESOL. You will set strategic direction, champion innovation and drive outstanding outcomes across Chippenham, Lackham, Salisbury and Trowbridge campuses.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead curriculum development, quality improvements and inclusion initiatives, with a focus on learner progression, employability and social mobility across the region.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching qualification at Level 5 or above.
• Significant leadership experience within Further Education.
• Proven track record of improving learner outcomes.
• Experience leading English, Maths and/or ESOL provision.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted expectations, funding methodologies and quality frameworks.
• Outstanding people leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop others.
• A commitment to inclusive education and widening participation.
• The vision, resilience and ambition to lead transformational change.
