Job summary

RecruitMe is seeking an experienced Head of Facilities for a major live entertainment venue in Nottingham. You will lead facilities, maintenance, housekeeping and event support teams, owning the preventative maintenance strategy and driving safety, reliability and service standards across a high-profile site.

This role requires a coaching, visible leadership style, strong budget control and the ability to deliver SOPs, asset management, and continuous improvement while supporting major events

Qualifications

• Must have IOSH Managing Safely.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in complex venues.
• Experience implementing PPM and asset management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the planned preventative maintenance strategy and drive reliability.
• Improve asset reliability and reduce reactive maintenance.
• Create and embed SOPs and operating standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and life-safety requirements.
• Develop team capability through coaching and training.
• Support safe and efficient event turnarounds with event teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, suppliers and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across the venue and estate.
