Responsibilities

1. Lead development projects and oversee capital works, ensuring they align with the school's strategic objectives.
2. Collaborate with department heads, the COO, and the board of Trustees.
3. Manage various challenges related to heritage buildings and state-of-the-art facilities.
4. Drive sustainability initiatives and future-proof the estate through planned capital projects.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Estates Services, Health & Safety, and Fire regulations.
