Head of Facilities Management in London needed - or Senior Facilities Manager looking for the next step. This is a high-end strategic role. We’re partnering with a pioneering creative firm to recruit this role to lead and evolve their dynamic workplace strategy. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of employee experience in a collaborative, design-forward environment. There are 20 sites across the UK, however you would be working from the London office. CONTRACT TO POSSIBLE PERM
The Role:
As Head of Facilities Management, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and long-term improvements across the physical and virtual workspace. You’ll manage a talented, multi-disciplinary team and play a central role in creating a workplace that’s efficient, welcoming, and aligned with the organisation’s culture and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire workplace teams across facilities, front-of-house, and health & safety.
Drive strategic workplace initiatives, including design refreshes, relocation planning, and hybrid working improvements.
Manage supplier relationships and oversee service delivery across cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance.
Champion sustainability and inclusivity within the workplace, ensuring all projects reflect progressive values.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory and health & safety standards.
Support business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.
Oversee the budgeting and performance of workplace services, identifying opportunities for cost-effectiveness and innovation.
Use data and feedback to improve the day-to-day experience of employees and visitors.
Coordinate minor refurbishment projects, PPMs & reactive maintenance, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Act as the key point of contact for all workplace-related queries across the organisation.
About You:
IWFM Level 6 Qualification (or Equivalent - a degree in FM or NEBOSH or another similar)
Skilled in managing diverse teams and third-party providers, with a people-first approach.
Confident overseeing both the strategic direction and operational delivery of workplace functions.
Passionate about creating inclusive, sustainable, and inspiring workspaces.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a collaborative mindset.
