• Support the planning and delivery of safe and compliant learning, participation and public engagement programmes.
• Manage the operational delivery of events and activities across multiple sites and community settings.
• Overseeing operational compliance, including safeguarding, health and safety and data protection requirements.
• Building strong partnerships with colleagues, cultural institutions, funders and stakeholders.
• Ensuring programmes deliver measurable social impact and excellent participant experiences.
• Managing budgets, resources and project timelines effectively.
• Leading and developing staff, freelancers and volunteers.
• Using evaluation and insight data to drive continuous improvement and future programme development.
